Reservations, Payments & Cancellations

All reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability. A booking is not confirmed until Divine Limo provides confirmation. A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all reservations.

A non-refundable deposit may be required. Full payment is due prior to service unless otherwise agreed upon. A valid credit card must remain on file for any additional charges. Divine Limo accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. A 7% sales tax will be applied to all charges.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made 48 hours prior may qualify for a partial refund. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

Service Time, Waiting & Rates

A 15-minute grace period is included. Additional waiting time and overtime will be billed at the applicable rate. Minimum service hours may apply. Additional stops or route changes may result in extra charges.

Rates may increase during holidays or peak service times. A fuel surcharge will apply where applicable.

Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Use

All passengers must comply with Georgia State and Federal laws and follow chauffeur instructions.

The following are strictly prohibited:
- Illegal drugs
- Underage drinking
- Unsafe or disorderly behavior

Alcohol is permitted only for passengers 21 years of age or older.

Clients are responsible for any damage to the vehicle, including cleaning fees. Divine Limo reserves the right to terminate service without refund if any policies are violated.

Special Services

Airport transfers may include flight tracking when applicable. Additional waiting time charges may apply after the grace period.

 

Liability & General Conditions

Divine Limo is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Divine Limo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings. Vehicle substitution may occur if necessary, due to maintenance or unforeseen issues.

Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service. These Terms & Conditions are governed by Georgia State and Federal law.

 

Smoking Policy (Strictly Prohibited)

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Any violation will result in:
- A minimum $250 cleaning fee
- Additional charges for any damage caused
- Immediate termination of service
All charges will be billed to the credit card on file.

Baggage & Personal Property

Divine Limo does not assume responsibility for the handling, care, or storage of baggage or personal property.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring all belongings are removed from the vehicle at the end of service. Divine Limo is not liable for any items left behind.

By booking with Divine Limo, the client acknowledges and agrees to all Terms & Conditions outlined above.
